"It is almost comical how horrible my experience was. I was actually really surprised because they have always been so kind and normal before this experience. I usually only ever spoke with Jeff so maybe that's why I was caught off guard; he's so nice but on Friday Bill Barfield called me and was unprofessional and a bully from the start. My boyfriend heard the entire conversation and couldn't believe how unnecessarily horrible and unprofessional he was toward me. I do not know what changed there; maybe Jeff left but definitely do not do business here. The supervisor who is supposed to foster customer relationships is a patronizing control freak bully. I feel bad for the other people in his life that he abuses like that! I changed agents because I refuse to be treated poorly. Even after the unnecessary phone call and bullying; he didn't even update my insurance card. Pretty sure he just wanted to be mean to somebody because nothing got done except permanantley driving away a customer & her Referals. I was in a really bad accident and the unnecessary mean phone call and bullying just added to the mental anguish I'm already dealing with. That's common sense and empathy when helping people with car insurance. That's how you keep customers.."

"State Farm has been the best so far as I have been doing business with them prior to 2011. On 3/1/25 my apartment was caught on fire and it was Saturday and I call Brad to notify them of what had happened and he called me immediately that same day I facet that same hour. Thank about customer service that is amazing. Bill in that office is super pleasant to talk to also and always there for all my insurance needs.
