"Customer for about a decade. Almost entirely positive experiences (insofar as interacting with insurance can ever be positive). My one gripe was an interaction when I once called their office to cancel my rental insurance policy (for reasons which had nothing to do with their service) and felt like the employee I spoke to gave me a hard time and kept trying to talk me out of it well past the point I felt it was pushy and unwelcome. Otherwise, I've always found them friendly, responsive, and professional, and their rates reasonable."
